Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), Badung
Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) is a cultural park and one of the largest monumental sculptures in the world. The park’s centerpiece is the towering statue of Lord Vishnu and the mythical Garuda, designed by the late Balinese artist Nyoman Nuarta. GWK is not just about the statue, but also offers a vibrant cultural experience with traditional dance performances, art exhibitions, and stunning panoramic views of the island. Located in the southern part of Bali, near Jimbaran and Uluwatu, the park is surrounded by some of the island’s best beaches, temples, and resorts.
